Orbit Event Rental

Please ensure your event venue is located 50 miles or less from Boston, MA. Please email orbiteventrental@gmail.com rather than booking online if your event is further than 50 miles from Boston.

Once you complete the booking form and pay the $99 deposit, we will contact you to confirm your event details. The $500 balance will be invoiced 1 week before the event. The invoice must be paid at least 24 hours before the event.

Online bookings will be for 3 hour sessions only. If you'd like to inquire about an extended rental period, please contact orbiteventrental@gmail.com. 

 

If you'd like to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact orbiteventrental@gmail.com. Cancellations will not be refunded within 72 hours of the event. Rescheduling can be accommodated up to 48 hours before the event.
